Welcome to Costa Rica where incredible breathtaking property offering privacy within very close proximity (five minutes or less) of magnificent beaches is becoming increasingly difficult to find.  We are offering two parcels of land that the present owners found after an exhaustive search over two years and many visits along the southern pacific coast.  They are first class locations within two or three minutes of the main highway and less than two minutes from miles of spectacular beaches.  There are two nearby regional airports-Quepos to the north is approximately 30 minutes drive and Palmar Sur to the south is 40 minutes away.  Flights from San Jose are several times daily (35 minutes) or you can make a beautiful and adventurous drive (3-1/2 hours).
